An honorary doctor of philosophy with a master's degree in chemistry, Dr. Gupta started his career teaching chemistry at Birla Institute of Science and Technology, Pilani, Rajashthan. Since 1968, when he founded the company, Dr Gupta has steered Lupin towards the forefront of India pharmaceuticals.

In recent years, he has spearheaded the restructuring of Lupin's operations, and the research and innovation programs in new drug research and novel drug delivery systems. |

Kamal K Sharma is a graduate in chemical engineering from the Indian institute of Technology
(IIT), Kanpur, with a post-graduate diploma in industrial management from Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of management Studies,
Mumbai, and a Ph.D in economics from
IIT, Mumbai. He has also completed an advanced management program from Harvard Business School,
Boston.

A Master of Sciences in Pharmacy from University of Manchester, U.K., Himadri Sen is spearheading Lupin's drive for new drug delivery systems and ANDA and patent fillings. In a career spanning over three decades, Mr.Sen has worked with leading Indian and global pharmaceutical companies in the areas of pharma research, technology development and transfer and plant supported activities.

He is also credited with the development and dossier submissions of
INDs, NDAs and ANDAs for advanced markets such as USA and EC.He has also developed and commercialized 60 OCRS including one product licensing to the parent MNC. He has several patents and research papers to bear testimony to his technical achievements. |

Rajan will lead the HR & Admin function and will facilitate the organization to be an industry leader in people initiatives.
