The Career Opportunity Program is Lupin’s Internal Talent Promotion Scheme. It’s a structured program launched by the company to enable employees to have the first opportunity at all the new positions that get created either due to resignations, expansion or due to setting up of new plants.
It’s a system to create a world of career opportunities within Lupin for all our employees and hence acquaint them in diverse multi functional skills & competencies.
The program aims to achieve the following objectives:
- To provide an opportunity to all employees to plan their own careers and in a way control their own destiny.
- To increase career opportunities of all employees within the organization and provide them the first opportunity to enhance their skills.
- To promote internal recruitment with respect to all vacancies being created within the organization.
- To train employees in diverse skills and competencies and hence maintain a talent pool of employees who could be groomed as future business leaders.
