Desired Profile: |
1) Standardization of schemes independently by performing various alternative methods and/or optimize already designed schemes and give regularly backup of intermediates in bulk
2) Documentation of work as per SOP
3) Timely procurement of required chemicals and solvents
4) Work planning and scheduling in order to complete given target within time limit.
5) Lab maintenance, either independently or by way of assisting a senior scientist
6) Coordination with team members to achieve the team goals.
