Lupin - Employee Code of Conduct
Over the past five years, Lupin Ltd. has been on an accelerated growth path and has scaled higher orbits in an increasingly competitive and environment globally. Even in the most challenging situations, we have firmly believed in following the path of ethics, values, governance and enhanced social values.
As a testament to our strong governance practices and ethical conduct of business, we have also formalized Lupin’s Code of Conduct and Workplace Ethics (referred to as The Code) for all employees globally. The Code sets out the fundamental standards to be followed by employees in their everyday actions in the company and when you act on behalf of the Company.
It is mandatory for all Lupinytts to comply with The Code in its letter and spirit. In accordance, all employees sign and acknowledge their acceptance and observance of The Code when they come onboard and join the company.
Code of Conduct
In addition, Lupin also has a formal policy on the Prevention of Workplace Harassment, designed with a view to promote a workplace that harnesses productivity, efficiency and promotes a stress-free environment. These policies would also provide avenues for employees to speak out about incongruous situations and give them confidence that workplace harassment or unethical practices will be dealt in the strictest possible manner. We work as a team, respect one another, and welcome constructive criticism. Lupin encourages its people to maintain work life balance.
